About the Role Our valued client is seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. As their Electrical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their electrical contracting business, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to their valued clients. This is a full-time role and will involve hands-on management of field technicians, project coordination, and strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement within their operations. Tasks and Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians to deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service. Coordinate and oversee electrical projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and on-time completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies while supporting business growth and strategy. Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in an Electrical Operations or Project Management role within the electrical contracting industry, supported by relevant electrical qualifications and licences (e.g. Electrician's Licence, Master Electrician's Certificate). Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, processes, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions and effective prioritisation of multiple tasks. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
